Nostalgia List #23

"Manika ko kamukha ni Maria Leonora Teresa!"

158. Aliw na aliw kayo ng barkada sa mga candies na may catch phrases sa wrapper: "TL Ako Sa'yo", "Type Kita", "Sorry Na, Pwede Ba?",etc.

159. Favorite chewing gum mo ang Chiklet in the slim, yellow box. Nauso pa nga yung kantang: "Chiklet, pandikit sa pu-wet! Nganga ng mga matanda!"

160. Get-up ng mga little girls Peasant Dress floor-length dresses. Na-uso rin ang Chinese Shoes (Kung-Fu Shoes) na suot nila sa pagpasok sa eskwela. Parang Mary Janes ito na gawa sa itim na tela at makikita mong gamit ng mga babae sa Martial Arts Movies.

161. Pagalingan ang mga kalaro mo sa Chinese Garter. Marami rin ang naglalaro ng Jackstones, at Chinese Jackstone. (Cloth bean bags na ginagamit ring unan para sa tulugan ng mga manika.)

162. Uso ang malalaking walking dolls na childsize. Sumikat ito ng husto, matapos makita nang lahat ang famous doll ni Nora Aunor, si Maria Leonora Teresa.
