Choose Your Own Adventure book of the week!

Nagsimula ang Choose Your Own Adventure book series noong 1979. First developed and written by Edward packard. Original talaga ang concept dahil ikaw ang main character ng libro at ikaw ang namimili kung ano ang mangyayari sa istoriya. Maraming multiple endings at napaka-sayang basahin mas lalo na pag hindi ka makapag laro sa labas at umuulan. Ito ang hinihiram mo sa library ng school mo, o binibili mo sa Goodwill, Alemars, o sa National Bookstore.

I loved the Choose Your Own Adventure Book series! And how much I loved them? I collected them all! Yes, each and everyone of them! And I kid you not!

Gave them all away to my cousins in the province. I hope the books are still in good condition....

You just gave me a wonderful idea! I've introduced my kids to the wonderful world of Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys (read them and collected them all too when I was a kid) a while back. Now, I'm going to try to find copies of Choose Your Own Adventure for my kids!

Hey man thanks for the wonderful comments. I think it's a wonderful idea to get your kids into Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew! I suggest you try and get the REAL hardcovers like the ones we used to have in school.

And also try your best to get the REAL Choose Your Own Adventure series! I'm sure you can get them at used bookstores. I actually went to Portland recently and went to this huge bookstore called Powell Books, and they sold used copies of the original series for only $5 a piece! You can actually find a lot of sellers on Ebay selling sets of the original series.

It's VERY IMPORTANT to get the original series, because the new ones have been rewritten and are REALLY BAD! The art is CHEAP, and the writing is HORRIBLE! Don't get the new ones! I think you'd agree that classics should NEVER be touched! That's why they're called classics right?
