Ini-release ang "Don't Disturb This Groove" noong 1987 sa album na parehong pangalan, at umabot ang single ng #1 sa Billboard R&B chart at #4 sa Hot 100. Sumikat itong kantang ito sa Manila noong late 80's at laging inire-request sa 101.1 KISS FM. Ang kantang ito ang naging sountrack ng summer of 1987.
