i used to have 3 issues of this mag from 1978...tapos, isang beses, ginalugad ko ang periodicals section ng national library just to see the TV times issues they have there (mula first issue 'ata, when the mag was still reaaaaaaally small, meron sila)...
i loved reading this simply because of the network ads posted sa mismong tv guide section...sana may scans din from this issue...and/or may scans din ng TV skeds at that time... ;)
wow, I remember this mag way back in 1980, in fact i still have copies of TV Times in the late 1970s. the photos says Feb 1980 with a young looking Val Sotto, John Lennon was still alive at the time of the photoshoot, he was killed 10 months later.
wow, enatertainment bible namin 'yang tv times way back when! our copies got carried away by the recent floods. i still have some issues that survive. guys, 'yung mga may collection ng tv times, why don't we scan the cover and select articles from each surviving issue that we have? each issue is practically a treasure trove of tv/movie nostalgia
