Steady Freddy The Electric Company Video

The Electric Company was an educational children's television series produced by the Children's Television Workshop, and broadcast 780 episodes over the course of six seasons, from 1971 to 1977.

The original cast included Morgan Freeman, Rita Moreno, Bill Cosby, Judy Graubart, Lee Chamberlin, and Skip Hinnant. Ken Roberts, who was best known as a soap-opera announcer, was the narrator of some of the segments during the first season. Ang animated film segment na ito ay designed and directed by talented filmmaker and Caldecott award winning author na si Gerald McDermott. Ginawa niya ito for The Electric Company noong taong 1971, bago niya ilabas ang kanyang unang children's book, Anansi The Spider. Noong una mong napanuod ito, naniwala ka na nakakatakot ang pelikula na pinapanuod ni Freddy. Mas lalo kang natakot nung napansin mo na puro mga mamaw ang mga katabi ni Freddy sa movie theater! Pero matapos mong mapanuod ito ng ilang beses, nasanay ka na at tinawanan mo ang mga itsura ng mga mukha ng monsters sa audience.
