Round And Round - Spandau Ballet 80's Music Video

Round And Round - Spandau Ballet
"I don't have to be so wise, you're just my fantasy, and I will fantasize."

Although pareho silang galing sa England, Duran Duran had more of an edgier New Wave sound while Spandau Ballet had a more mellow romantic sound. The girls and the gays liked Spandau Ballet, but I was a punkista, I liked Duran Duran more :)

  2. Some remember that July of 1985, when a major fight broke out between the University-Belt-based fans of Duran Duran and Spandau Ballet. These were sadly mistaken as an anti-Marcos mass demonstration, which resulted in one of the most violent crowd dispersals by the Philippine metropolitan police force that year.

  3. I think they're one of the best bands in the 80s. Everytime I hear their song "True" it reminds me of Molly Ringwald in Sixteen Candles.

  4. I remember hearing something about the Duran Duran vs. Spandau Ballet civil disturbances but I thought it was just one of those urban legends, pero tutoo pala ha? Hate to say it, but I never watched much news when I was in high school. I was more interested in making la cuacha and partying

Nakaka-senti. I always loved this song... parang mas gusto ko pa nga kaysa sa TRUE. So cool talaga ng music before.
